Nadia Ibrahim

Events Coordinator & Undergraduate/ Intercalation Mentor

Year of Study: Year 4

Medical School: Imperial College London

Why I joined the MM Team: I want to be able to give back and support other medical students and give future students advice for medical school that I didn’t get. I want to be a part of the community of African Caribbean students and healthcare professionals in the UK sharing any knowledge I have in addition to learning from others.

I would love to organise events to connect black medical students and future students from around the UK and allow them to connect with black doctors and other medical professionals to help them with their aspirations. Ultimately, I would love to help increase the number of black medical students.

Interesting Fact: I was named in the Future Leaders magazine as one of the Top 100 Black students in the UK in 2016/17
